A Little About Us
Unbalanced stresses three principles by which the guild and its members abide by. Accountability, reliability, and maturity.
Accountability- Each member is expected to take responsibility for their own attendance, performance and actions. This means coming to the raid fully gemmed and enchanted, maintaining the optimum raid spec with the proper buffs and -most importantly- taking full responsibility for any mistakes made during raid times.
Reliability- In Unbalanced we stress consistency more than any single other quality. We believe that raiding with the same group of people day in and day out leads to better play through synchronization. Because of this we expect members to have high attendance rates (a minimum of 75%) and consistent performance. We completely understand that the same player plays differently depending on real-life circumstances but we also expect to be notified of any performance effecting circumstances.
Maturity- A mature player needs to be able to recognize the difference between constructive criticism and venting. They also need to be able to recognize the difference between a lack of ability and a lapse in performance, as well as the difference between troubleshooting and finger pointing. As an Unbalanced member you are expected to keep any name-calling and insults to yourself, anything less will result in your immediate removal.
As a member of Unbalanced we expect all of our players to play at an above average level in all aspects of raiding. This means being able to understand every boss encounter within several pulls, paying attention during explanations, taking breaks only when absolutely necessary or during the assigned breaks and being able to actively contribute by effectively communicating with raid leaders.
